Notre Chef de cuisine
Our Chef de cuisine Martin Elschner was awarded 13 GaultMillau points at the first attempt. These were confirmed by GaultMillau again this year. He worked as a sous-chef at the "Bad Attisholz", was employed by the renowned Jacky Donatz in Zurich and was awarded the title of "San Pellegrino Young Chef of the year" in 2015. You can look forward to his seasonal dishes, creativity and French elegance.
