Solothurn’s gastronomic delights still reflect the lifestyle of the city’s glamorous past, and our lively and elegant restaurant is no exception. Our chef de cuisine is the friendly, up-and-coming Martin Elschner, who previously served as a sous-chef in Bad Attisholz, worked with Jacky Donatz, and was distinguished as the San Pellegrino Young Chef of the Year in 2015. His first menu will offer côte de veau, veal kidneys and sweetbreads, and light, seasonal dishes.
